Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals Inc. rip-off! Dishonest fraudulent billing! I was robbed! Cinncinnati Ohio

I ordered the "free offer" without any obligation to buy anything in the future. I not only got $70.00 taken off of my credit card,(without my consent) I didn't even recieve my 'free sample' much less the 'order' that I never agreed to buy in the first place.

I called and talked with on of their 'representives' and at first, was very polite and told them that I did not recieve my free sample or the order that I paid for, but never got! I told her that I wanted to cancel anything that had my name attached to it and I wanted the charge removed from my credit card immediately.

The only thing that she kept insisting on, the 'only' thing that she could do is 're' send my ''free sample'' out and give me a 'coupon' for a 'free' two month supply. Needless to say, being polite to this company was out the window!! I told her that I didn't want the 'free sample' much less anything else!!

I cannot understand a company that doesn't excel in customer service, much less, one that is supposed to be in the business of 'helping' people. Their idea of business is very fraudulent and would urge you to take a stand against the people who think that they can victimize good, hardworking people.
