Bernardi Honda of Brockton, MA promised free car washes for the life of the vehicle I purchased there. They have not fulfilled this promise, which was a key reason why I purchased a vehicle from them.
I would not have purchased from them without the promise of the free car washes for life. There is real value to the car washes and Bernardi Honda has compensated their customers for not fulfilling their promise. Even the General Manager does not take their broken promises with any seriousness.
Also, Bernardi Honda and Bernardi Hyundai have repeatedly violated the Federal CAN-SPAM Act by repeatedly sending email solicitations, despite my never opting in and my repeatedly opting out. I've also alerted management, who state they will address it and never do.
Bernardi Honda has deceptive business practices and it would be wise to avoid them. Vote against ripping off customers with your feet by never walking into their business.
