left my computer with bestbuy, they lost it, will not refund or replace worst service ever. and i mean ever. still unresolvedmight have to explore legal options .theives and liyres they are.give me back my personal property, refund,replace or get sued. tired of your lies.

 If you are telling the full story you obviously would have been given a receipt when you gave your computer to them to be fixed.  This is your proof that they have it and if they did loose it..they are responsible for it's loss.

This would be a very simple Small Claims case where you don't even need any attornies.  Of course one note...you can only claim damages for the computer.  Any "loss of data" is your resonsibility because when you turned your computer in part of the agreement is that you have any important data you want to keep backed up and they are not responsible for lost data.
