I called "Best Buy" to have a technician repair my home computer which stopped working.  The computer was purchased at Best Buy three years ago.  The technician spent two hours fooling around with the computer, then said I may need to replace the hard drive & charged $110.00 for the useless visit.

I then took the computer to "Fry's Electronics" & it was repaired the next day for $55.00.
