Best Buy Christopher Patterson - Jamie Freedy - Dan Ridings - John Anderson - Open Box Scam - Promised Free Repair - Lies Lies Lies! Frederick Maryland

In my opinion Best Buy, Shawn Score, Jamie Freedy, Christopher Patterson (Frederick Maryland Store), Daniel Ridings (Frederick MD store), and John Anderson (Frederick Md store) are all scam artists!!!

I purchased an open box refrigerator in June 2010. Compressor Died.

When I called the manufacturer they made me aware that they manufactured this serial numbered unit in March of 2005 and shipped it to Best Buy shorthly thereafter.  BUT THEY SOLD IT TO ME JUNE 2010.  5 YEARS LATER.  5 YEARS OLD.  USED JUNK.

I WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS BUYING A 5 YEAR OLD USED REFRIGERATOR! SCAM SCAM SCAM MISREPRESENTATION

If I wanted a 5 year old garbage fridge I would have shopped Craigslist!

After it broke I spent two weeks going round and round with Best Buy explaining that selling me a 5 year old model was a total misrepresentation. 

First the store manager Christopher Patterson promised the store would pay the cost of the repair and send Geek Squat out to fix it. But when Geek Squad got there several days later, oddly the repairman had no replacement parts with him. Then he made up some BS story that there were parts missing. Amazing!!! I believe they would go to any extreme NOT TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR.

I spoke to Shawn Score's assistant Jamie Freedy at their corporate headquarters and she said that open box can mean the unit is many years old. She said I WAS OUT OF LUCK!  BEST BUY WOULD DO NOTHING. NOT EVEN REPAIR IT AS PROMISED. UNBELIEVABLE!!! 

THEY SCAMMED ME!
