The google box absolutally does not work.  Do not believe the lying sales people at best buy. Most channels and episodes are all blocked by those channels that do not want the google browser and company ripping them off.  False advertisement is the stance google will continue to push.  They will sell you their box and refuse any return of their product weather it works or not.  Sony has no interest in providing any level of service for christmas products. This present was given in embarassment during the christmas holidays and returned twice on 12/15 and 12/28. BEST BUY would not even bother to take the product back a few weeks after christmas.  BEST BUY has zero service and the sony google box is a complete ripoff. Don't let this company screw you. Take it back or ship it back.  Do not let them tell you to return the product when a manager is present.  Its another way to scam the customer.
