I placed an order with BEST PRICE PHOTO on May 21, 2013, for the Nikon D5100 + Nikon 18-55mm VR - 15 pc Kit, which includes Nikon D5100 Digital SLR Camera, Nikon 15-55mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX VR Nikkor Zoom Lens, SecureDigital - 4GB Professional SD Memory Card, SD Memory Card Reader, 57" Professional Tripod For Digital Photo & Video, Flexible Mini Table Top Tripod, CapKeeper, Pack Of LCD Screen Protectors, Deluxe Lens Care & Maintenance Package, Memory Card Wallet,Deluxe Fiber Cloth, Flash Fixers Image Recall Sofware - Recover Your Digital Images, Zeikos Deluxe Video & Camera Case, Remote Switch For Nikon D90/D5000 Digital SLR Pro Camera MCDC2, all of this cost before taxes was $502.99, and then the BEST PRICE PHOTO call on May 23, 2013 and wanted to know if I wanted to buy another 5 hour battery and a 32GB memory card for and extra $200.00 and I told them yes. Well I got the order on Wednesday may 29, 2013, I checked the order and all of it was not there so I called and they were closed, so I called back Thursday May 30, 2013 and after 45 minutes of being on hold the man (which would not give me his name) I told him I need to check to see where the rest of my order was and he said that my complete order was shipped in all (1) one box, and I told him it was not, and I started reading off what I had and he said that I had all of my order, and then I started reading off the items that I was missing like the 32GB Memory Card, 5 Hour Battery, Cleaning Kit, Nikon Remote, The Table top Tripod, and the 57'' Professional Tripod and the man said well just let me call you back and I said NO we need to get this order straightened out now to find out where the rest of my items are at that I have paid for and he said that since I ordered a 5 hour battery they kept the battery that came with the camera, and the Remote Control that I got was the only one in stock, so they sent me the cheaper remote, and then he went on to say that the 2 tripods, cleaning kit, 32GB memory card was on back order and that I would not be getting the 5 Hour battery. The total of this order with everything I was supposed to get was $699.99. Since then I called Friday May 31, 2013 and I was put on hold again for 1 hour, so I hung up, and then I called today June 3, 2013 to request a Return Authorization Number and the same man again would not give me his name, would not give me a Return Authorization Number, I told the man again what the problem was and that I had tried to get this problem fixed with the order and still no answers, and he would not give me the return number, so all I am wanting is my money back..
