I'm not going to spend much time today, but from her posts you see that it's important that I respond to her. Again, she shows her inability as a professional, in which I thought I was hiring, you see her name-calling, accusations that she's going to "call the Irs" as if I'm illegal, I suppose the equivalent would be is if I imply I need to check her husband's immigration status, or if I imply that she has a "green card" marriage.  

And also, I think she called me a bully.  But it was her that attempted to bully me.  The first day, the second day, the third day, the fourth day, the fifth day, and the sixth day I got rid of her because I wasn't going to be bullied. But I suppose looking at her background, the Texas area, they were hard-headed during the civil war, they didn't want slavery to end, so I suppose she's a chip off the old block.  

So, all of the name calling, all of her inability to conduct herself like a qualified worker, instead I get this:  Six days of attempting to work with someone who could assist this publishing operation, and I get a lazy, unskilled, good-for-nothing horrible writer - of a person. So here you go.  I don't have much time but when I do I will respond.  And again, I wouldn't buy from her.

P.S.  Also, like she said, it took her months to tell the truth that she was paid.  But that was months of misleading people to believe that she wasn't paid.

I'm being cyber bullied by an old man! Years ago, I worked for Bernel Tremmell at the eXpressions Journal for exactly six days. It was the worse day job I have ever had and my employer randomly changed my pay rate on me, after hiring me as a secretary/editorial assistant and then making me cold call people to sell an overpriced magazine that was not being edited at all. By no one. The second day of my employment, I worked alone. They didn't tell me where the heater was and I didn't find it until 20 minutes before I left. I jumped up and down to stay warm and my hands were red and swollen when I left. The hubs told me to quit. I should have listened then I could have avoided all this.

That loser didn't pay me. I'm not one to take injustice lying down, so I threatened to sue, filed a ripoff report, posted blogs, and started contacting government agencies. Before I could push an IRS investigation through (he had me classified as a contract employee when I wasn't) to get to the workforce commission, he randomly paid me, most of what he owed me. Ripoff reports are permanent so I couldn't remove it once I got paid and didn't really care to. I think people should know what they're getting into with this individual.

All of this happened in 2011. In 2013, the ripoff report was responded to via a rebuttal. The rebuttal didn't refute anything. Only said I got paid. I updated my report to say he did pay me, it just took months. Months after that another rebuttal that denied nothing popped up. This one attacked me. I'm talk too much. I'm a blabber mouth and incompetent as well as being a bad writer. It says other things like I'm currently unemployed (not true but most of the things it said aren't true). I sent the link to a friend and asked if I should respond. She read it and said he came across as uneducated and psycho, so I shouldn't worry about it. I didn't respond. So today I woke up to find he's reposting the same material and tagging my books with it. Yay! I met a psycho in 2011 and my life will never be the same.

Since this has now risen to the level of bullying, I'm considering legal action against Bernel Tremmell and the eXpressions Journal.
