Their are some Departments here going against certain laws. They really do not help people much they do a lot of Racial-Favoritism. And I believe they hide it from someone high up over the Government offices. Cause every time you go in their they ignore what you and ting its OK to do so when you really need, It's really out of hand and nobody is really help. and the Town of texarkana has a high crime rate cause they are allow people to get away with things like its OK to bother people.
They also base someone on being black if they another race based on skin color they are very racial and its getting ugly here in this part of the united states I don't see how people can deal with this type of behavior and its very illegal to do this people.
