Bidz would like to deeply thank you for giving our company a chance for

any inconvenience caused, and we wanted to take the time to address your
concerns. Being of the fact that Bidz is a website and not a store you
can walk into, we try our best to place the most valuable information about our
website, products, services and company knowledge on our website as possible,
only to ensure that our customers have the education about the company needed
to make a comfortable purchase decision. Bidz is a very exciting place to shop
so a lot of our customers may over see the most important information needed to
be able to make a self assuring purchase with Bidz.
We have several shipping methods on our site. We reserve the right to take up to 5 days to pull merchandise from inventory because unlike other companies we in-house our jewelry on company site. So your items are pulled from inventory, scanned, checked and then packaged for shipping. This leaves out the middle man and the problems of having your products for purchase coming from another company. During holiday seasons and increases in purchases from customers, we may take up to 5 business days to pull the items from inventory. Federal express smart post ships in 2 to 8 business days in transit and delivered through your local post office. We ask that our customers please go through the different shipping policies procedures and rules only to ensure that the visit to our site is educational and with ease. This will lead to our customer being satisfied and able to prepare for their purchases. Your sales order ending in 0175 was paid on 1/1/2010, shipped on 1/7/2010 and delivered within 5 business days on 1/13/2010.
