Bill Hamilton and Annette Hamilton of Big Docks purchased two Mercruiser TRS outdrives from me on Ebay. As per the auction agrement and our phone call converastion it was agreed apon for Big Docks to cordinate and pay for the shipping charges. Big Docks had a fright company pick up the items from my facilty and shipped to his location. Six weeks after the items left my location I received an invoice from YRC Freight for $815.03. Big Docks forwarded the charges to me instead of paying them as agreed. I contacted Bill from Big Docks three time and he said it was a mistake and he would have it taken care of. The first two time we spoke, he said he was working on having the shipping charges changed to his YRC account. The third and last time we spoke via phome he said all charges were changed to his account. I am still receiveg invoices from YRC freightt. YRC freight states that Big Docks has never contacted them to change the freight charges. I have sent certified letters to Big Dock regaurding this matter with no responce.

Would just like to update this report and state that Bill from Big Docks did the right thing. Bill had YRC switch all the freight charges and cleared myself of any frieght charges. In the end I think this was just a misunderstanding .
Bill Thank You for the hard work on your end to have the invoices corrected.
