Yes, the do put "bots" in the rooms. These playera come in either default pictures and named as NewPlayer or NewUser. They 0 chips, and when you look under their records... You see no spins, no wins, no gifts. There's no records at all. Yet you will see their green number below their picture go up as if they are winning. I've seen this on numerous occasions and quickly learned which were Big Fish boTs. if you check the leaderboards you will notice that those winninh the largest jackpots all are NewPlayers, or NewUsers. On level 1, 2, or 3. I actually added them to my friends because I was curious as to what happens after they win. the other one was in one room of candy crane and another was in another room of candy crane hitting non stop. One went from 1 billion chips. To 3 billion chips in hours. Of course I do not know what room that was in. But I've spoken to hundreds if not Thousands of players who have all had the same problems. Big Fish literally had me thinking I was completely losing my mind. But all the players do is complain. 

Nobody can hit anywhere and when they do their chips disappear. Yet Big Fish always has an excuse blaming the customers. 

After filing with the BBB I will be going to the attorney general, and hoping that the media will hear me among thousands of others. 

The thing is most people literally have become addicted to playing the game. In fact. I've spoken to many people who stopped going to real casinos Because they were losing a ton of money and it began affecting their lives, they now say this has become even worse.  

I also want to start a change.org petition to get this site either removed, or if they are going to accept currency, they should not be able to claim their odds are based off of a real casino, because it is actually even worse that they claim that and their odds are much worse then a real casino. And then, those 50 million chips have disppeared in only 2 hours. 

 There is BOTHING close to real casino odds here. So they need to loosen Up... And if it is a game... Then allow their players to enjoy it. All I hear our people complaining. Bullying going on in scatter rooms. Name calling. Nothing but miserable people playing a game that they are not winning anyway.... There's no money to be won. And when jackpots hit, they don't credit to accounts... This game is a joke. It's affected peoples behavior. 

When em I was harassed and threatened not ONCE did customer service so much as even apologize. Never once have they extended me any customer courtesy. It's appalling. I may be one person and not capable of doing too much. But I am one person with one big mouth. And I will make sure I am heard somehow!!!
