I took my car into big o tires. wanted oil and antifreeze and transmission fluid change. cost $160. ended up with other supposed repairs necessary total cost over $700. when i drove car into shop was driving fine . when i drove out was not driving good. talked to owner MIKE PRYOR. all he did was scream, insult, and tell me how I was wrong. told me how i was a miserable person , mad at the world and everyone in it. A REAL FAST TALKING ARTIST. needless to say he would not admit i was correct. he even had the nerve to try to sell me 4 tires and an alignment. He is a real creep. Im a senor citizen and can hardly afford living on ssi. i cant afford to be ripped off like this. i recommend anyone to stay away from BIG O TIRES. Ive noticed many other ripoff complaints concerning BIG O TIRES. Mike Pryor owner is a silver tongue devil-- beware. PS. when i told him i was going to report him to the better business bureau. he laughed and said he didnt belong to the bbb therefore he didnt care about being reported.

sorry partner. other people need to know what a creap and liar you are. your company does shoddy work. and you dont stand behind the work. why would i want to remove this complaint. guess you dont remember what a jerk you were. we senors stick together against bums like you and your rip off store. return my $700 and ill consider us even and remove the report. If you have repented and need to admit you were wrong and confess you will stop the attitude.

I also went to this Big O Tires off of Austin Bluffs. The consumer complaint that was filed I do not doubt isn't correct. When I went to this Big O Tires and when they "fixed" my problem, I called them and filed a complaint with Kyle (who claimed he was the manager). He did not care that my car was not fixed and that they did not put clips back on that held my plastic cover on my car. He wanted me to come back in to "have it fixed". Then when I refused he rebuttled and told me that basically he didn't even know if it were their fault. So saying that the customer didn't call to file a complaint is questionable. I have found a lot of complaints from people about this Big O Tires. And to say that you're not part of the BBB and you don't care, doesn't matter. You can still file a report against the company and they can still be put on the black list. I am no longer a big o customer, and I was one for almost 7 years.
