been going to Big O Tires for a few years now with both our cars one of them broke down and woulndt start , so we as usual took it to this place , when we got there noticed theres a new service manager . after they looked at it they said it needed a new battery and would go ahead and call us when it was done , few hours later got a call saying that our brakes were totally shot and needed to be totally rebuilt , new rotors pads drums shoes and wheel cyinders . reluctantly we agreed and let then do the job for 1200 bucks . and the very next day the van broke down again . had it towed back to the big o , and they then said it needed a new alternator . theyt went ahead and put one in and charged us 600 bucks for one , all the websites i checked out for an alternatore , even for the most expensive ones they only wanted 200 for it plus a 100 dollar core charge , which you are supposed to get back when you return the old alternator . we feel very ripped off by this store and would never go back again .
