Big O Tires Tires crap after 2 months - let you think you have warranty but you don't! Glendale, Arizona

Purchased two brand new tires in May of this year.  Was "told" that tires had warranty for 3 years

After two months, one of the tires went flat.  When I took it in, expecting to get free replacement, I was told that since the tire had a hole in the side of it and because I hadn't opted to get something called roadside insurance, it would cost me $117.00 to get another tire????

Couldn't even see what damage he was pointing to on the tire!!  I sincerely believe that they sold me a defective tire!     Also....I was NEVER offered anything called roadside insurance - I wasn't even aware it existed.  Of course, the manager insisted that It was offered to me - even though he wasn't the one who sold me the tires and the guy that did wasn't there that day!  

I spent $215.00+ on the tires and IF I had known about this, don't you think I would have thrown down another $20.00 for both tires ????????

The so-called supervisor (I think his name was Anthony) was very rude and matter-of-fact about the entire thing andthen  had the nerve to try to sell me another right front tire...yeh, like that was going to happen.

How can they prove that they offered me this extra warranty?  They should have you sign something when you deny it!

The only time I will ever use Big-O again is when and if either of these tires goes flat again - which wouldn't surprise me (and in the near future too)

I will never use them again - I won't recommend them and if you are smart, you'll stay away from them !
