Received a letter in the mail dated August 8th stating that I was pre-approved for a loan from $200-$600 dollars and that I need to go to their web site and fill out their web site questions and a form.  On August 18th I call their phone number and asked customer service about their procedures and requirements on a recorded line.  I qualified according to their small print on the letter and by customer service on the phone line.  It was stated by customer service that they do not share information with any one and they keep my information secure.  After I filled out their online forms it comes back and says that I did not qualify for their loan. About 30 to 60 seconds later I get 12 e-mails from different companies asking if I want a loan from them.  I did NOT check box any where on-line nor did it ever say on the on-line form that they would share my information with any one else or on the letter.  WHAT really concerns me is that I put my BANK information in there as well as all my PERSONAL information too.  It seem to me they shared all my information as well.  I called customer service and ask to speak with a manager.  They transferred me to a supervisor after a 25 minute wait.  It was explained that I was on a recorded line, after that I expressed my concerns to the supervisor and the only answer for every concern I had was the system makes the decision.  Well after that I called the Better Business Bureau and asked them about this company and to my horror they have a F ratting for many reason including the same as mine.  So I have called my bank to setup protection for my self through their means, BUT they still have all my information and that's what concerns me.
