Bill Frusco Plumbing Job half done ! philadelphia Pennsylvania

I had Bill  Frusco  repair the pipe that goes to the curb and they never put a curb side box bacxk in. I called them to ask why they didn`t  put my curb side box back in and they argued me down that it wasnt never one there . I know for sure it was  because when i bought the house they had to yurn the water on from the curb side box. Now the water department  is  has  has given me a ten day notice to have a curb side box put in or  there gonna dig up the street and shut my water off. They say i will be responsible  to pay them for digging up the street . Im pissed off because I beleive they didnt put it back on purpose so I would have to call them back and pay them to do it .
