I was making a payment to my car a week ago. For whatever reason it was declining my payment but took the funds out of my account. I called billmatrix to see if I could figure out why my payment wasn't being processed and of course could not get a hold of anyone. I called my bank and they told me the funds were pending so I didn't worry about it since my payment was due Friday and I was making it on Monday. Well the following Saturday, my funds got put back into my account and i was informed that my payment was not approved. I, again, could not get a hold of anyone from billmatrix so I called my Nissan dealership to see if there was anything they could do for me. They could not take any payments because, of course, it has to go through billmatrix. Well i waited the weekend and called today, Monday, and talked to someone in customer service to understand why my car payment was being declined. I have worked in customer service for eight years so i have a pretty good idea of what good customer service is. Of course, Im a little frustrated considering I have been trying to make a payment for a week and not understanding why mt payment would be declined. After being on hold for a good forty five minutes, I finally spoke with a representative, Tinsha. I explained to her my situation and asked if there way she could help me with paying my bill. I have never in my life have been talked to so rudely. She would interrupt me, talk over me and say things like, "like i was just telling you before you interrupted me." I'm sorry but I called customer service to get help not to be talked to like I was a child. Again, I was frustrated but keeping my composure. After I had enough I asked to speak to a supervisor because I wanted a reason why my bill wasn't going through. I was on hold for about another twenty minutes before I spoke with Dominic. I explained my situation yet again before he cut me off and told me "yeah Tinisha told me," I got the same response. Every question I asked would get cut off by their rude attitude of them telling me they already told me. I called a customer service line and got absolutely no customer service. I called as a upset customer and got off the phone even more angry than I was before. All because those two representives, I will never be using this company to send a payment again.
