I bought a new washer,dryer from them. My old one worked good but I couldn't keep up w/the lint. I explained this & was told the washer did not have to have a lint filter it automatically filtered out lint.

It has turned out to be just as bad as the old washer & takes me 2hrs to iron getting rid of lint! I called their main office & a man named Bill Weaver called back when I wasn't home left a message, I tried to call him several times but it always said leave a message which I did. I even emailed him, he emailed back & that was the end of the contact.

It seems which I wasn't told otherwise I never would have bought them that there's only 2 days a week they will come & only 2 hours 2-4PM. I said this wasn't good & that was the end of it never heard again, have left messages but no return call. Now I am stuck w/a new GE piece of junk, should have gone to Sears!

I am unaware of who Joyce is and after reading her comments, I am absolutely certain that her comments are inaccurate.

We have been in business for 50 years and enjoy a good reputation in the community. Although there are some areas within our 3,523 square mile service area that we only service two days per week, we have never and will never have only two hors per day that we can provide service.

We have always and will continue to do our best to accomidate the reasonable needs of our customers.

I would encourage Joyce to call me if she is truly interested in having her problem resolved.

Mr Weaver emailed me & said he did not get my messages. He said he will call & work with me to reschedule an appt tomorrow morning. I let him know what time & will report if he does this.
