Well if you are in such need to tell the truth.....then why hide behind an anonymity?? I have no fear to say who I am. Obviously you do. Over and above, if you know what you are talking about......then you know I don't work for the Stevens or Thomas Sherwood. Just goes to show that you do not. You act as if you have not idea who Rory Rohan is. Again, if you knew so much, then you would know who he is. Point is......you mentioned my name and called me out. You can say whatever you want, but get your facts straight.

Clearly, you must be the guilty one since you keep getting defensive. If it wasn't true you wouldn't need to respond. Either way, I not one time mentioned this Rory you speak of. You feel guilty that's why you feel it necessary to try and contradict what is being said. AND of course you don't care what is said about Bill or Mr. Sherwood, because just like us "other" ex-employees you know it is the truth. So, try to sound as PROFESSIONAL as you want, but just remember I worked there as well and I know just as many dark secrets that go on in that place as you. You are starting to sound like his worthless piece of trash daughter Elizabeth Peron, trying to act intelligent over the phone or in an email but the reality is she is filth that uses people for her own selfish gain. And the fact of you telling me I should think about the things that I did while I worked there, you are right, I did have a hard time dealing with the "job" they wanted me to do and I felt it only right to come clean of the things that went on, which I have. I don't judge you for what you do, it just bothers me that you went out of your way to show all these facts after this employee stated these things, and truthfully you know that what was said is true. My point has been made, and I have more than one document to prove my FACTS. I was smart enough to make copies and send them off to the appropriate places, especially the Department of Financial Services. The company is ripping people off STILL and somehow there have been no consequences, but just like everyone has said, in due time they will get what is coming to them and if you are apart of it when it all goes down, I'm sorry.

I find it very interesting that you defend a man that has done so many wrong. I also find it funny that you too have done things within that office that are illegal, then you want to start throwing facts around like its money. You on more than one occasion have signed Mr. Sherwoods name to legal documents because he was either not responding to the many phone calls or many drunken episodes he was going through. I also find it remarkably funny that you can pick and chose which statements to break down of the ex employees but completely overlook the other statements the employee addressed. Yes, Bill is a drunk- he does on more than one occasion drink on the job and yes Bill does have a problem with prescription drugs, as well as many others in that office. I just find you all a bunch of hypocrites. You should look a little deeper in that "heart"of yours and think about how many people this company has actually ripped off, or do you not care as long as you get you $550 every week?

When making an attempt to frivolously slander a person and/or company for your own personal vendetta, at least take the time to make sure the facts you are stating are true and correct. When statements made are incorrect, they are easily contradicted, therefore, making you look like a liar.

Fact 1:

You were employed by Debt Solutions and Lending, not Thomas Sherwood. Considering you stated the name of the company was Debt and Lending Solutions, it goes to show why you are a disgruntled ex-employee, when you can't even get the name of the company correct. A copy of your employee contract can be provided for validation, in addition to copies of your cancelled checks. I welcome proof to the contrary if you would like to provide proof I am wrong.

Fact 2:

udolegal.com is a website and book dedicated to teaching others how to defend themselves in court against their foreclosure action. This company has absolutely nothing to do with securitization audits. Everyone is welcome to visit www.udolegal.com and confirm what udolegal is all about. This website and company is owned and operated by a 37 year veteran attorney by the name of Rory K. Rohan with an impeccable PROVEN reputation with the Florida Bar. Udolegal has absolutely NOTHING to do with Bill Stevens. I challenge you to provide proof of your statement that udolegal provides fake securitization audits.

Fact 3:

The two employees in question were not fired for being black or gay.........considering every single employee of this company is a minority. These two employees were hired in as telemarketers. All new telemarketers are hired with a two week probationary period. If the telemarketer can produce the amount of leads in their quoata, they can stay. If they can't, then they don't. This is standard operating procedure for any sales position. These two employees did not produce one single lead within the two weeks they were here. That is the true reason they were let go. I am the person that hired them and I am the person that advised them and all telemarketers of their probationary period. The employment agreement these two employees signed states and proves the same. I again ask for you to provide me proof of your statement to the reason they were fired. I can provide proof of mine. Also, if you remember clearly, all conversations and actions within the company are videoed and recorded. I can back up my statements with video and audio recordings. What can you do?

Fact 4:

You stated you were typing your report from within the office. That statement further reflects the reason why you are no longer employed by Debt Solutions and Lending. Considering you were on the internet making incorrect slanderous statements against a man and company that was paying you to make phone calls, further acknowledges the fact that you were let go for not producing.

Fact 5:

Debt Solutions and Lending completes the securitization audits and is certified by a highly recognized company to do so. Not Rory K. Rohan. I can provide proof of the audits completed and providing the commercial record needed to defend a client in court. I can provide proof of membership to Bloomberg (which is needed to complete certifiable true and correct audits) and certifications. Can you provide me with proof they are fake and fraud??

If your statements are true and I am wrong, I ask you to come forward as a professional and honest person and prove me wrong. I know that you won't and I know that you can't, because you are an untruthful vindictive person. People who tell lies hide. People who tell the truth come forward.
