Another bill. Completey different number, but both listed the website www.billview.com. No information on who opened that account, only that it was over 2 years ago. What a scam! They were offering long distance service (which we already had with AT&T) and some kind of state of the art ability to check our messages at anytime. State of the art. Of course.
