BIO-CATALYTICS ENTERPRISES INC. LIARS, THIEVES, EMBEZZELERS SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts

  Two years ago, i was layed off because i found out about fraud, trade theft and embezzeling, of course they claimed economy, but after i surrendered a file to one of the owners, after a year of investigation, i was immediately let go, i was the plant production manager of this company since day one. ($50.000 salary) no severance or vacation pay etc. donald craig watson, president, conspirator!  the person i surrendered one of the files to (roberta diroma treasurer), was also involved. steve rapaport is the individual who is being ripped off (he is third the third owner of the sub chapter s corp.)  they set up a shell co. to syphon profits from steve rapaport. tracey carmen of the carmen foundation also is involed and complicate since day one and of other infrations). this has been happening for 10 years!
  i wish to find steve rapaport to inform him yet to no avail. his wife iname is joyce, two sons *greg and kenneth(*i believe)
been depressed until i ran into friends who spoke to donald and tracey carmen and they were told i was stealing and they fired me! now i am ^%#$. 1 can't let them get away with this.
