Shipping and Handleing almost as high as starter kit.  They did send it quickly via Priority Mail. Starter Kit 19.95, 13 fl oz refill bottle for 29.95. Shipping 16.65 that could have been sent in a 7.00 Postal Priority Mail carton.

 

Hope it works in dog urine spots. If it doesn't should have paid 10.00 for Miricle Cleaner at local store instead of 6X the cost for this stuff.
