Bizcom Electronics Inc Toshiba Repair Center Cracked LCD Ripoff Milpitas, California

I purchased a laptop model Satellite A660-ST5N01 from Toshiba a few months ago.  The computer started having issues with the upper logic switch.  It blinked on and off, volumes randomly turned up and down.  I called toshiba and luckily it was under warranty until November 2012.  They urged me to purchase a special box that I could ship the computer in which was 25 dollars.  I get an email on Sep.19 stating that there was a cracked LCD screen and it would cost $279.44 for repairs.  The other problem was covered but not the LCD screen. 

The laptop was in perfect shape with no scratches or broken LCD when I shipped it out. I called Toshiba customer center and the rep asks me if I took any pics before I sent it out?  I said no.  Who takes pics before sending out computer for repair???  He tells me there is nothing they can do and starts going into how when the repair center receives a computer they carefully inspect each box to make sure there are no dents or visible damage to the box----Bull Sh*t!!!  I got screwed.  Thanks Bizcom and thanks Toshiba.  Never again!
