Bizzy Beez Lawn-N-Landscape Liars and using the collection companies to collect money for services they didn't provide North Canton Ohio

I had called this company the morning I needed to move out of my house for the new owners to move in the next day. My driveway (which had a very high slope) needed to have the snowed plowed off in order for me to move. I called this company to remove the snow, and said I needed it done before 11AM so that I could move my things into my car (which had to be parked at the bottom of the hill) and then leave town.

They said they understood that it needed to be done on time so I could leave on time, and assured me that my driveway would be cleared when I came home at 11. When I came home, my driveway had not been cleared.

I called the company to see what had happened, and they told me they had sent someone out. The owner said "I must have plowed the wrong driveway. Maybe I accidentally plowed the neighbor's driveway." He offered to do it later in the afternoon, but I told him to forget about it because I was on a time schedule and had to load my things right then.

Because of this, I was forced to move my luggage and property down a snowy hill and fell down numerous times trying to do so. I even had to leave some of my things because I was unable to get them down the driveway.

A month later I got a bill from this company demanding payment for services they did not provide. After I called them several times and explained the situation, they refused to take resonsibility for what happened, and in turn, reported me to a collection agency which has had a negative effect on my credit report.

Do not work with this company. If they don't do their job they will still charge you and falsely report you to the collection agency if they aren't paid for work they didn't do.
