It's been over 30 days now and I still have yet to receive my order from Black Cat SEO. I should have known better as they definitely appear to be a scam. I have tried to call and email many times with no response; their phone number just rings and rings with no voicemail or answer. I feel miserable for trusting this company to deliver and get me the email addresses I requested. Guess you get what you pay for but long story short, don't buy anything from this scam.
