I had water damage to my apartment which destroyed most of my items. Blackmon was hired to come in and pack everything that I owned to take and clean and or make an unsalvagable list of things. They took 30 days to get this done. they never reported one thing that was damaged to State Farm. When they brought back the things they took. They hadn't touched a thing. Brought back damaged items right back into my apartment. They even seemed to lose a 47 inch LCD flat screen TV. And lost a few more items. Damaged lamps, brought back mildewed clothes, comforters, sheets ect. Please do not use this company, it will make your life even more difficult than the problem that your having to go thru in the first place. Very rude and unprofessional. I was actually encouraged by Eric Hamilton to write this report. Amazing. Please stay away from this company. No one needs extra stress in their life when going through a natural disaster and or flood
