Placed order 12-22-2012, Credit Card billed $163.50 and received a "Thank You" Email from Blackout Brass confirming order #1375. Contacted Blackout Brass on 3-27-2013 via email requesting status.
On 4-2-2013 received email from Skylar "Customer Support" of Blackout Brass apologizing, indicated they are busy. On 4-5-2013 Skylar agreed to cancel my order and refund my money.
On 5-30-2013 I requested the status on my refund that was being processed. As of 6-17-2013 No Response, No Refund, No Product, but still out $163.50
