Blains Farm and Fleet of Waukesha Suspended for freedom of Speech/talking to myself Waukesha Wisconsin

 I was suspended as a Service Center manager, on Friday, May 27th at 1:00 PM for suppose to have used abuse language to other employees.  I NEVER went right to a employee, and called them ANY abusive name. I may have talked to other employees, about situation, and many voiced their negitive attitude toward Management in the store, and the person they put as service coordinator. They also stated their discust with the assistant manager, who is hardly ever around.  When the Female service CoOrdinator started seeing my discust, see started buy me things, like a ELECTRONIC Cigerette, with Ginsing, and filters, etc. She made lunches for me. I didnt eat them, and left cig kit in bag it came in. Feeling "Sexual threatened, i starting complaining about this person, but everything was turned on me. The techs claim that I mistreat them, when all I did is make them do their jobs.  Brian the store manager came down on me , several times, making comments like, "You cant control your own shop"?  When I started there, all the techs were very resistant of me, and when I complained, nothing was done. I contuinued to complain, but it all got turned on me. But yet, I took all the abuse from customers, whom were ticked off, because of the shady repairs, or bad repairs, or appointments that were suppose to be schuduled, and were not there. 

On Tuesday, May 31st, I went to pick up my tool box, not wanting to leave it there, unattended, since no one in the shop has any respect for my property- Scratches in BRAND NEW BOX that I hardly ever used, i phone, on top of my box, which screen was broken, because finding things thrown on my box, that didnt belong. THere was NEVER no respect, or support for me, in my 4 months there.  Management did nothing. Anyhow, found a letter in my box , from The Service Coordonator, saying how se tried to defend me, and techs came to her, bitching about me all the time, and complained I abused them. NBEcause I made them work? Our numbers were up! Gee, wonder why. I am seriously thinking a slander/sexual harassment suits against Farm and Fleet.
