BLAISE NDIALE NGAKE, AKA Vocanga man, started offering me Tabernanthe iboga seeds in 2012,  I already had a stock then but was grateful he contacted me because it felt good to know more suppliers.  Many messages were exchanged then one day this envelope with wet T. iboga seeds arrives from him. At that time I had no idea what the purpose of dealing wet seeds was about, Mr Ngake offered no explanation why the seeds were wet and I had never heard of dealing them, and I've worked in the horticulture field 23 years. Several months after I learned that it is believed by some that wet, or never dried, iboga seeds supposedly germinate better. In many germination test I've never determined this was true, but in any case within a few days the seeds received had gotten moldy. But knowing more about the reason for dealing wet seeds in 2013 I again asked Mr. Ngake to sell me seeds, I sent him Western Union payments for them, but it required almost 5 weeks for the registered mail seeds to be delivered, so the seeds were moldy. It's easy enough to track registered mail to learn the delivery date but Mr. Ngake didn't care and gave me nothing for the money

He uses the name Ndialos Ngake on twitter. He also personally knows Nchang Honrine Zama and Christopher Awa, 2 Cameroon men who I have also filed rip-off reports about for scaming iboga products.

Balise Ndiale Ngake, AKA Voncanga Man, wrote me a few days after I filed this first report. He says his email accont was hacked into that week, which sounds like nonsense because I didn't give an exact date. And the deal was I first sent him them money, so why would he mail anything if he hadn't got the money? There's also the question - How did someone other than he have ID to receive the Western Union payment?

Many things are possible, just when one puts all the things he says together they defy the odds of probability.

My hunch is that the man might us any number of different alaises and email addresses. His hardest part will be using a different name to receive Western Union payments.  I wouldn't put it past him to try that too.

His main trademark is that even when he's writing or talking in a way that most pople are doing to be respectful he comes across as a hustler. I ignored his strange sounding ways at first, figuring if I got the seeds that's all that's important.
