I have windows 7 64 bit and use adobe premiere 1.5 for my video editing. The software 123 copy dvd and 123 media max will not convert my dvds to a wmv as adertised. I have been unable to contact them regarding the issue. I also tried to convert to avi but found the file has an unsupported compression so adobe premiere pro cannot import it. I also could not create a standard mpg2 file. All I want to do is pick up a clip to add to a home video and if they could be reached it might be possible but it seems that contacting them is impossible. The manufacturer of the software and the distributor is not listed on the box and there is no phone contact on there web site or physical address. I got there contact info for this complait from whois at register.com.
