i purchased a 2005 malibu from blinn auto sales marion indiana .i paid on the car for a year and a half ,i called and offered the car back when my finanacial situation changed.i offered to bring the car to a local auction as i moved out of state with the car.he said i need to return the car to him, that was impossible for me to do.i tried to work with them to settle this matter several times with no response.almost two years later a repo agent showed to my house and took the car back to indiana.i then recieved notice of purchase available at a higher cost of what i owed.i purchased the car in 2010 for 12000 after paying on it a year and a half i owed 5813.00 i just recieved a bill from an attorney for 11,450.00 almost the original purchase price.i explained to the attorney how much i paid.he said the car has been resold.so why or how can they jack the price up to almost the original purchase price again.by the way .they have been to court several times for misleading customers.they should be shut down they are praying on the poor .and getting away with it.
