bliss marketing group, swoop, this guy swoop has a shell company called bliss marketing group that he uses to swindle money from recording artist irvine, California

this guy swoop aka Darold sparks just text me and told me if i try to prosecute him he will ruin my sons music career even more than he already has, so if you see this guy posting shit up here he is trying to ruin what we have built last 2-3 years.by the way he claims that my son is not talented, so if anybody wants a copy of his new mix tape i will send it to you,  and you judge for yourself.and just to make sure its not swoop who is wanting a copy you will have to provide your face book to confirm your identity.

first off all let me set the scene my son is a rapper and i am his dad, i came from bay area to meet this guy  back in jan 2012 in los angeles we were introduced to a guy he said he has a marketing company and has all these clients, and that he can probably get his client to offer my son a clothing contract but first we need to sign a consulting agreement or his team wont allow him to secure such a deal. so we signed a consulting agreement paid a first months retainer fee of $ 2,500 and another $ 2,000 the next month. then he calls and says BATHIN APE IS  offering your son an endorsement deal for 1 year to be the new face of THERE clothing brand and revive there brand IN JAPAN AS WELL, but first they want you to hire my marketing company to advise consult and become your label partner. first thing i need is for you to sign over 26.6% of your label to bliss marketing group so we can assist in completing items needed.

so next thing i received is another agreement from bliss to sign over 26.6% of smash hits records l.l.c. and give them $14,300 for business plan, marketing plan,investor packet, music video, photo shoot, design 3 websites 2 epks. once all this is done along with making a new album this guy from bliss will go to ny to visit a  record company who  they bliss says they wan't to sign your son to a record deal, then your deal with clothing company will kick in because now you will have distribution. so here we are 10 months later and i am finding out that all the emails i received from  owner of clothing company bathin ape  and his assistant takiko who is supposedly global marketing director for nowhere co. are fake and bliss marketing group has no office in irvine ca atleast acording to me contract oh ya and by the way they never sent me a signed copy. and all the people i have been talking to at bliss  regarding all this stuff needing to be done that was paid for 6 months ago,

those people do not exist according pipl.com and nigo's email does not match the emails i have been receiving from him according to bathin ape ny store. so here we are having paid for business plan, marketing plan,investor packet,music video,epks,websites,photo shoot,consulting,gave up 26.6% of my record label paid for two trips to n.y, hotels per diems drivers fee,paid for 2 trips to Sacramento for supposedly an investor who wanted to invest in my label, paid for swoop to executive produce album and other miscellaneous fees. now we are at the end and he does not want to go to n.y to secure deal with record company because he never had one, he just said that to soak us for more money. and he is at the end of his con.

i am asking him to transfer my websites his ghost company built and he want's more money, i am asking him to refund my $ 1,500 i just sent him.he is now telling me no refunds, i asked him for flight confirmation because i don't believe he booked anything, he sends me to another ghost in company called mikeila and says to ask her about flight confirmation, i am just getting run around now through a bunch of emails from swoop who made up this scam and they all are swoops emails and he is talking to me and i know he is all the characters in this scam. so end result i lost 26.% of my label to this guy, $ 35,000 in all the things he has done but will not release to me.my sons career on hold since January 2012 because he said he needs new content and image which bliss is holding hostage,HE JUST CANCELLED MY SONS hosting and now  IS HOLDING MY sons and my WEBSITE HOSTAGE AND WILL NOT COOPERATE ON ANYTHING I REQUEST THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR.

This guy John Brokaw aka Paulo Mazza is full of it. John son KID KAMAKAZI is a rapper from Los Angeles. They approached a friend of mines who is a producer in the industry and sold him a dream. They told him that the kid was on television, had hit singles, and was looking to sign a deal with Blackground. I was contacted and asked if I ever heard of the kid. I responded "NO"! I was then told the kids was from Japan! I reached out to my guy in Japan who owns a popular Japanese brand and keeps his ear open for talent. He said he didnt know the kid either. Should have know it was something wrong then but I paid it no mind. A few days later my Japanese friend reaches out to me and tells me he likes the kids image but his MUSIC IS WACK!!! I said I agree. He then said if the Kid could fix his music he would be interested in working with him in Japan. I took that information to John Brokaw. He then asked if I would help them fix their situation. I told them that I didnt have the time nor the desire to get into that side of the industry, but I would be willing to consult him through the process. They agreed to my fee of 2500 and we signed off on paperwork. I introduced them to a few of my producer friends who I knew could change the music around. They struck deals with them and things seemed to be all good. My first day on the job John and his son Kamakazi showed up at my home for a meeting (no biggie they seemed like cool people). We sat and talked for a few hours then the conversation went dry. I was figuring at this point they would have gotten up and left. These two told me that they were going to crash on my couch for the night. I was like WTF!! All good....I let it go! The next morning I decided to cook breakfast for everyone and these dudes stayed hovering on me like vultures while I was cooking. Real uncomfortable feeling but I took it in stride. When they left they drove off in an old limousine with wrapped windows, and I found a flyer by my door that looked like promo for chip and dales. The following Monday was HELL. I spent 6 hours of my day on the phone telling these guys what visible problems I seen with the artist. The dude seemed more like a stripper than an artist. I was combing through his youtube channel and his performance was horrible, he was forgetting his lines, and the rest of his videos were real amateur looking and they said they paid 10,000 for it. So my suggestion was they start from scratch and clean up the image and the sound. Give the dude credibility. Long story short...I brought in several people  and Johns emotions and pure ignorance drove the professionals away. When you have a guy who worked for Interscope on your team and he leaves because of John...there has to be a problem. John also got into with prodocers. He would draft up contacts, say they came from a lawyer, but the verbiage would be wrong and all the words would be in lowercase letters because he cant type (check his original report). So after time goes by and I realize this guy John Brokaw is just a horrible business man I decided to step in as I had started to bond with Kid Kamakazi and he was a good guy at heart. Just didnt have any guidance. John asked me to run his day to day business of the label (get it organized) and help him secure an investor. I agreed to take on the task if my company could get 26% and I could get another 10% to try and keep the Interscope guy on the team. Everything was agreed upon. The goal was to get an investor to take up 30% and take John out of controlling interest as he had not made good business decisions for the company. I told Kid Kamakazi and everyone I honestly did not want to take part in his label. It honestly made more sense to start my own if I wanted to go that route but I would do it to help Kid Kamakazi. The project failed to make the investors required timeline, which failed to performance dates, which failed to provide content for sites, which failed to have content for music video, etc. Kid Kamakazi took 8 months to record 5 songs. He couldn't write a rap, he couldn't remember  a rap, and he could record his songs. These are major problems when your trying to be a rapper. They put out 3 albums prior and didnt sale a thing. The music was just corny and weak. After a month in the partnership I decided to give it all back. John had come back into the picture messing up what was being created with his emotions and ignorance. Kid Kamakazi had a girl on his team who booked him a few shows. Kid Kamakazi forced the girl to let him drive a car when he didnt have a license and decided to do drift in the car. He was arrested in Hawaii! Instead of John checking his son for his stupidity, he bails him out and fires the girl!!!! What IDIOT does that? I am not perfect. I have my flaws like everyone else. But this dude is insane and a horrible businessman and the fact that he post this online is just a reflection of his emotional unstableness. Every company he has ever started has went to the dump. He lives with his Filipino wife who he got paid to marry. He sleeps in his car! And justifies his knowledge of the music industry by referring to times when he use to drive celebrities around town 15 to 20 years ago. The guy has two names?!?! He was in a mental hospital because his wife left him because he was hustler with a small brain. Oh. And by the way. Kid Kamakazi's image is 150%, Music is 150%, confidence in both is 150%, Smash Hits Records website and Logo are 150% better, so after all this...JOHN BROKAW...KISS MY A**!!!!!!!
