Don't expect the upper management to acknowledge your existence. Don't make plans for the future such as rent a house or get a car payment. Don't under any circumstances fall victim to promises of them paying half your phone bill for an expensive unlimited plan that benefits them. Don't listen when they say they'll compensate you for putting a huge ugly 30 yard dumpster at your house. And if you can get a concern to upper management expect a reply of "deal with it". Over all an unprofessional company with a dangerous mix of people who fancy themselves professional. Not concerned with the people who do the work and keep them running. Imagine getting a pat on the back with promises of bigger things and not 2 weeks later being told to fire your people and prepare to hit the road yourself. If you decide to work for these people do it on a day to day basis and don't plan for a future. They don't lose sleep on kicking you to the curb. Watch your wage and if your told you get a raise make sure your paycheck reflects it. I hope someone in the company responds to this because it would be the first time.
