This company blockbuster express has been charging me for two and three times in one day when I only rent 1 movie a day. Also they have been giving me promo codes to get movies for free but when I used them they still charged me. This company is overcharging everybody it seems liket it after I cheked all the complaints in your website. My bank is ready to do a fraud claim with this company and they also want to do an audit. I spoke to the following customer services reps at this company. Adam, Taylor and Sheri. They also hide when you asked them for their headquarter's address they give you and address in Atlanta the adress is as follows: 407 highway 74. Peach Tree City, Atlanta #30269. I complained to the business on 11/22/2011 and 11/16/2011. I also complained to the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection located in 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Suite 356, Atlanta, Georgia. I spoke to a lady there who toldme that I needed to have proof and I toldher that I have my bank statements and that I will sendit to her.
Consumers be aware that's because they hide the address of their headquarters which is in Dallas Texas, Please send your complaints to the BBB of Dallas, Texas that's where their headquarters is. I also send them a copy of my broken dvd/vcr combo player so that they could pay for that too, beacuse it broke because of their damaged DVD's.. I want restitution and compensation from this company because they made me waste my time by going to the bank several times. I hope you will be able to helpme this company should get a class action lawsuit because of what they do to their consumers.
