Blu Cigs is an electronic cigarette company.
I made three orders with this company: On 12/3, I ordered a starter kit; On 12/11, I ordered additional supplies.
I received the orders quickly, but only two the three batteries worked. Two batteries came with the starter kit and I ordered an additional battery with my 12/11 order.
I returned the two dud batteries on 12/31 using an RMA form. Blu Cigs Warranty information is as follows:"blu

experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a full
refund. Simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
located on the backside of the shipping invoice enclosed with your
order, place the RMA form and all items from the original purchase in a
padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA

or by emailing or calling customer service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for

As of today (1/30), I have yet to receive my replacement batteries. I have chatted with consumer service representatives on several occasions.
On 1/19, I was told that "We received the batteries as of 01/11/2010. As such, a
new set will be issued out to you within this week as most exchanges
take 10 business days to process and ship." As mentioned earlier, I had yet to receive my replacements although they have had the return for 15 business days. When I spoke with the customer service rep this evening, I was told that "yes, we have receive them, but it is still processing at this time." I assume I'm not going to see these replacements.
Customer service is not the only complaint against Blu Cigs. If you're interested in this product, you should do some research on the blucig. It's considered by many to be one of the more inferior e-cigs.
