Today my daughter fell and her phone screen cracked. However, that is not the problem.

Weeks prior her phone was crashing, freezing etc. When she attempted to talk to BLU their statement was it is not under warrenty. It is not a repairable model look at the email we are sending. The email read- send us your phone and buy another one at full price. All the while trying to blame her fall on their deception of selling this phone that has known issues

Their customer service is nothing more then a face of "Yes maam I understand where you're coming from but.."

The reality is the Life One model was fraudulently marketed as a good quilty phone when in it is not repairable- even by their own people.

BLU is a fraudulent company scamming consumers!!!!!
