blue cross on Minnesota refusing all claims because I'm double covered Minnesota Minnesota

I started with blue cross of Minnesota in March and started paying $135.00 a week for I thought would be a good insurance, I was totally wrong. I'm double covered which is very bad idea now I have no coverage even though I'm paying for both insurances paying close to a $1000.00 a month. Neither insurance companies will let me cancel until the end of the year because of the new government insurance laws . Apparently the insurance law states that I cannot be double covered even though I didn't know I was buying in to Obama Care which blue cross is. So if there is actually someone out there who can help me figure this out so I'm not paying for nothing since neither company will let me cancel my insurance til the end of the year.
