Blue Shield Protective Services inc damaged my car window with scratches Miramar Florida

I came outside to my car and noticed the security guard put a tow sticker on my car, so I approached him and asked him why he put that sticker onto my car. He told me I had no parking permit decal. I then explained to him that I did. So I went with him to my car and pointed it out to him.

He then quickly appologied to me and gave me another excuse that I was parked in office parking. I said show me the paperwork that states we cant park in these spaces anymore. He then showed me a piece of paper stating that we cannot park in those spaces if we do not have a decal on our cars. (which I did) So I politely asked him to remove the sticker from my car.

The next day I come outside of my house in the morning and I noticed their was some sticker stuff on my car that the security had removed a majority of it. So I asked the maintenance man for a razor and spray. The maintenance man went with me to my car and had seen the scratches as I pointed out to him. He told me that the guy probably used a sharp object to take the sticker off my car. 

So I made a report about the scratches on my car window. Later on the security owner came to my house and appologies to me and told me he would take care of it. He said that the security guard said he didnt use a sharp object but used his nails to take off the glue which was a lie. 

Anyhow the security guard told me he would take care of all damages done to my car but gave me a sad story about the security that works for him and that he has hardly any money and that this issue is going to come out of his paycheck, however we will get it fixed. So he finally leaves. 

A couple of hours later he told me he found a place that will do it for literally half the price that lexus was charging. ( yes we called lexus. they wanted over 700 bucks to fix this issue) So I told the owner no problem, but It has to be a certified lexus window and that all of my windows are lexus. He agreed and left. 

So Friday he comes to my house and I repeated it to him because something is fishy about this window that is coming to my house that is literally less than half the price. So I just wanted to make sure this was what I was getting. He then threatened me and told me it doesnt matter what kind of window it is if you dont put it on your car then" I am forwarding this to my lawyers" 

So I told him that I feel bad about your employee and that he has no money. I thought about it last night and if the guy doesnt come with a lexus window I am willing to take a little bit less in cash (what lexus so his charging) (so the guy doesnt have to pay the whole 700 and something dollars) for the damages around maybe 600 and something. (because I felt bad for the security guard now having to pay alot of money for a simple mistake) He then told me no and that if its not handled with this window going on my car that hes going to forward it to the lawyers and I aint getting s**t. I then felt upset and angry because I thought I was being as helpful as possible. 

I then followed him to the main office to hear what he was telling the management there and we was arguing back and forth. He then stated that I threatened him which was totally not the case at all ( I have the office manager vouch for me that there were no threats that afternoon) so he called the police to file a report. I still have yet to resolve this matter and would like my money for the window (what im asking 650 dollars which is cheaper than what I gotta pay) or for him to installed a cerfited lexus window.The choice is his.
