I needed a DLP replacement bulb for my tv and this site pops up with discount prices and the top of the list. Thank the alphabet for this and not good service or a trusted site. I placed the order and received email confirmation that my order would be delivered via USPS Priority mail with tracking number 9101785091401273916347 .
Seems they go through the trouble of sending info to the United States Postal Service for a phoney shipment to get this number and they are using the USPS to aid in the scam. They take your money and the package is never picked up because it does not exist. You never receive your order and they steal your money.
The phone number listed is a goose chase. You have the option to enter an extension (which you would not know); you may select 4# for immediate assistance, but are informed that all operators are busy; or press 0 for the operator, who never answers. This happens no matter what time, day or night, any day that you call.
The email address listed as info@bluestar-online.com is not a valid address. Buyer beware Bluestar International Components/ aka Bluestar-online.com
