bmc technologies is a rip off company that advertises construction particularly metal buildings and roofs.

The owner Robert Applegate will give you a contract with false Texas contractor license number.

He will asked for money up front, ususally half, tells you he will be back, cashes your check and then the work is not completed,  If it is done it is of such poor quality it would not pass inspection.  The only thing to do is have the job completly redone by a proper registered construction company.  

He will make excuse after excuse for not showing up, then will not return calls or emails   

Accordingly he will supply references that are hard to verify.
