*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Total bogus claim
The owner Robert Applegate will give you a contract with false Texas contractor license number.
He will asked for money up front, ususally half, tells you he will be back, cashes your check and then the work is not completed, If it is done it is of such poor quality it would not pass inspection. The only thing to do is have the job completly redone by a proper registered construction company.
He will make excuse after excuse for not showing up, then will not return calls or emails
Accordingly he will supply references that are hard to verify.
Let it be know that this person is also a registered sex offender check out sexoffender.com
He was going to work on a concrete slab for my father in Idabel Oklahome. Dug a hole poured in some concrete and that was that. No slab just cashed my fathers check and not been seen since
There have been other references where he has scammed people for thousands of dollars on this web site.
Do NOT use this business. A total ripoff
