Boat n RV Super Center Beware they have taken my money and not produced the RV or the financing they said I had Rockwood Tennessee

 I looked on craigslist and found a RV that I liked I called the number and it was a ocal salesperson from Boat n RV Superstore names LIsa.  I told her I would be there on Sat to see the RV I was inquiring about.  I decided to go a little bit early and so I was shown RVs by her business partner Jessica.  (I had no idea these two were new to selling campers and had no experience)  I found a camper and I was told to do the credit check.  I did the credit check and was told that I was approved with no problems and that if I wanted the camper that I chose I would need to hurry down and put earnst money of at least 500 on the camper.  I did that. at the same time I gave them the check for the 500 I also signed loan paper work and what I expected with the trailer such as hitch and warrenty.  I was also told I had financing and that they would continue to find me a better rate. The camper was out of town at another location and I was told that as soon as I gave them to ok they would transport the RV to the location where I was at and we would sign the remainder of the financing paperwork. 

My paper work said that the last remaining 2000 I would need to give them upon arrival of the camper. I heard nothing from them, and they cashed my earnest money of 500.   I called them a week later to find out if they had got the RV ready for transport and, the saleperson really was very quiet and had not much to say.  I did ask her if there was anything that i needed to be concerned about, and that if there was to please let me know because I had pick up the RV  in the next couple of days.  She said I had no issues at all and that the loan was approved and that there were no problems.  Days went by no phone calls I have called them every day and no one calls back.  Finially after over two weeks finace calls me tells me they are having issues getting me a loan and to not worry that she has it taken care of.  Well I ask if I needed any extra documents for the finaicning she said I did and I produced them the very next day.  She also blamed it on her other counter part in the finance office and said she didnt know why someone had not followed up with me. 

I called them this morning and again its well we have to check with one more bank.  What hapened to the loan that I had when I gave them the earnest money on the RV in the first place I was told they make everyone sign one fo those.  I was told I would have a phone call returned to me today and here it is end of day and no phone calls and no emails once again.  I sent my older kids in there to check on the loan today and they were rude and told them that I had bad credit and that they were waiting on a bank to call back.  First of all I was told my credit was not bad in the beginning, and if it was so bad then why has it been pulled now 6 times.  And why was I spproved and told to put down earnest money. 

my girls told them to just either finish up the loan today or we would be by to pick up our earnest money.  They were then told to leave and the finance manager just turned and walked away and they were told to leave. 

This is not the way you do business.  What ever hapened to being honest.  Why lie and take money from someone that you know you have not produced a loan for.  I was warned by two other dealerships about these people and I thought that maybe they were just competing for business.  Their name is allover on ther internet of them scamming people and doing the exact same thing they have noe tome.  Beware I would not want anyone to go through what I have.  Who has 500 for someone to jsut cash and a consumer to just throw away.
