Bobby Bob Richey is Maliciously Misstating the Truth to Slander and Defame my Name, Character, Business, and Brand Name. He did not want to fulfill the terms of his new agreement so he is making false statements to destroy my business and to prevent me from helping people get the financial services they need.
He uses Bait and Switch techniques. For instance, he agrees to something and decides he doesn't want to agree to what he agreed to. He fails to tell the whole story about his service agreements, thus misleading others to believe the misrepresentations of the facts. This is called Talebearing and it is used to Harm others maliciously when they (the talebearer) knows that their Tale is NOT the whole truth and if the whole truth was told, then people would see the Truth, that Bob Richey is a Malicious, evil person who wants to Breach his Agreements, Verbal or Written to fit his own personal needs.
