Bob is a total and complete fraud. Everyone knows that...!!

In 2007 I hired Bob’s Coastal Contracting to renovate my bathroom.  I had been putting it off for a long time because of the cost involved and was very nervous about hiring a contractor who would overcharge so I did a lot of research.  After seeing Bob’s portfolio and going over the prices for the cost of the renovation, I decided, rather apprehensively, to move forward.

Bob took a bathroom which had been used by six people for over 15 years, with a floor that sunk down when you walked on it-and made it into a  comfortable, inviting, relaxing space with a Jacuzzi tub and custom designed walls and floors that remain in near perfect condition even now, eight years later.   

I’ve observed Bob on job sites, even other than my own and his attention to detail along with the artistry in his craft are not something I have seen since, either with myself or with those that I know that have hired contractors for services.

I am a reliable witness for his workmanship and work ethic of Bob because I am showing proof which any reader may see when looking up this record. 

Physical proof and verification of evidence is an essential part of determining the legitimacy of any claim for or against a person’s reputation. 

When I heard about the allegations made against Bob’s Coastal Contracting on this site and afterwards witnessed this woman’s behavior towards Bob in a public setting, I was appalled. Anyone that has ever been in a circumstance where there has been harassment taking place knows it is so emotionally disturbing that a person must get out of it as quickly as possible. 

If Bob were a woman placed in the same circumstances of having to remain in a hostile work environment with a man, no one would think twice that she should leave lest she put herself in harm’s way.  No one should have to work under such conditions, male or female. 

Attached are pictures of the work that Bob did in my home and it continues to remain the favorite part of my house because of his workmanship and artistry, eight years later.

If you are able to hire Bob to do your remodeling, it is something you will be able to look at years and years later with the same reverence you did when it was first completed. 

Please keep that in mind when considering all of the statements here.  Are you going to believe a woman who has a “personal” ax to grind or review the facts.

I have recently discovered that Bob Graham of Bob's Coastal Contractors did not pay the $8,5000 balance due on the wood he purchased to build a deck for Rich DeNapoli in Exeter NH.  Bob Graham also did not secure a permit from Exeter NH Building and Zoning department for the deck he built and the potential exists that Rich will have to spend additonal money bringing the deck up to code (if it does not meet code).   Rich DeNapoli will also have to pay for a "post" work permit.  

Bob Graham of Bob's coastal contractors did roof repair on Lois Street in Portsmouth.   The owner of teh house had to hire another contrctor to fix his work.   He also reapaired stairs in her home and it did not meet building code and she had to have the entire job re-done to bring it up to code.

In my investigative work of Bob Graham I also discovered that he did not pay his rent for the room he rented from his last landlord.   He was evicted from a room rental in Portsmouth.

When Bob Graham worked on my house he told me he rented a house in Portsmouth NH.   The truth was that he was living in a hotel but was evicted because he used the hotel's dumpster to dump his building material in it. All above claims can be proven.   There are many people not happy with Bob's professionalism nor his work.  

Unfortaunaltey building contractors do not have to be licensed which means they can continue to rip off customers and do shoddy work.   My goal for posting my complaints is to inform the public about this person and his work to prevent others from experiencing what I have experienced.  

My Name is Bob Graham---and i dont know why Im wasting my time on this--but here goes--Plain and SIMPLE---i will not, and do not condone violence on the jobsite--Clemons is VERY emotionally unstable---made several gross and unwanted sexual advances towards me--_When i comnplained about that she got IRATA--i mean a really scary look on her face---I gave her a verbal and a written warning to conduct herself approrpriately--but low and behold a week later she YELLED at me again---i thought thw entire neighborhood was going to call the cops---This was over a parking space---YES i did walk out on two contracts--but what she fails to mention is that one was for some FREE work--and the other was THE bath--but Im not going to work under those conditions...NO ONE should--this woman is seriously ill--I ve reported her to lots of town officials and my next step is to have her arrested for several charges---OF which she has been warned---This woman is looking for MONEY--she threatened to bring me to court for some 9 grand--yet said shed settle for 60% of that to avoid court--I said--"bring it"--she never did---

Joann Clemons, is vindictive and this next comment really fits---"hath no fury like a woman scorned"--to this date I have satisfied immensely 4 out of 4 clients in this area and those that know me let me know of theis woman is "psychotic"--end of story
