bodyheaters.com's Comfortemp battery-heated slippers arrived three weeks after being ordered (and charged for) and were completely ineffective when they finally did arrive.

We attempted to contact bodyheaters.com about their procedures for returning defective products. No person ever picked up the phone (the # we called was specified as the returns telephone # in the bodyheaters.com website and also identified as such by an outgoing messsage when we called, so we know we called the right #) when we called (multiple times), and no one even responded so much as once to the repeated e-mails we were forced to rely on after calls went unreturned.

Untrustworthy, irresponsible or both: avoid at all costs.
