bought a 3D LED TV in US and Bongo shipped to my address in Angola after I paid $1,610.25 for the shipping and $83.74 for the insurance they use FedEx but I only received the TV after 2 months and when I open the box I notice the TV screen all broken. I emediately contact FedEx to let them know and they told me to get intouch with Bongo and I did it but the reply from Bongo was not what I was waiting.
They told me that I should complain in a period of 30 days of reciept. See the message from Bongo (see picture):

On the invoice they have put a tracking number of DHL delivered to Puerto Rico (see picture)...Totaly wrong.
This doent make any sense from Bongo because I only receive the item on 15 Feb. 2013. (see picture)
Bongo will not get out from this until they pay me back my TV.
