Bongo International Shipping and Forwarding My hard earned packages destroyed by Bongo, had been collecting rare irreplaceable car parts for over 3 years, all destroyed in a jiffy by Bongo St Petersburg Florida

I have been using Bongo to store products purchased in the U.S. and then getting them shipped to my country for over 2 years now. Bongo used to keep my packages with it for 2 to 3 months at times. I was collecting rare car parts for my classic car. The car parts were collecting at my relativs place in the U.S. for over three years now.

When my collection was complete I shipped the parts to Bongo to collect all my packages there so that they can come together to India. With that package there were a couple of other packages already in my name at Bongo. The car parts were received by Bongo and kept in their warehouse. After about 25 days when I check my account on the internet I found that all my car parts were not showing in the inventory including a couple of other packages, when I called up Bongo they said they had destroyed my car parts because they felt that the packages had been kept for too long a time.

I was heartbroken to hear this, this had never happened before, neither had Bongo informed me that they were going to destroy my packages. Bongo is further supposed to charge me $5 per day extra for a week before they can destroy my packages which could have served as a reminder for me to ship my parts, but they didnt. With no intimation, how does Bongo expect me to know that which one of my packages has been stored for a long time and they will destroy it.

Bongo has without telling me destroyed my car parts valuing over $1200. Bongo says it gave my a reminder of policy, this reminder of policy email is just a boilerplate email that bongo sends every second day when my parts are stored in my account at Bongo, it says nothing about which of my packages has run out of time, neither does it say that Bongo is about to destroy my products.

I think it is reasonable to presume that Bongo destroyed my packages due to them taking a lot of their space. I had paid Bongo their fees and sometime even paid the fees when there was nothing stored at their place, basically they were getting money for free, now when I wanted to make use of their services with some substancial packages they destroyed them to make space for packages for other consumers. I think this is not Fair Business Practice.

Bongo is taking advantage of the fact that it is in US therefore customers from other countries cannot Sue it. I had opened a case in the Better Business Beureu Florida but they closed my case without any reason. The money I spent in those parts are my life's savings, I am now woking for 20 hours just to get the money lost back so that I can pay off the my loans.  Ripoff Report is the only left avenue through which I could get justice.

Please dont let Bongo Rip Off any more International customers.
