BONNIE NICHOLS rented a house for almost 4 years, got rat infested in april 2016,left house in may 15 2016 to stay with relatives with furniture still in house. lease ended in july. we were told to get out end of lease. she changed locks day after we took out all furniture may 31 , never got my security, storage and u haul cost and half of mays rent. got lawyer to deal with her lawyer , spoke with him once , never returns calls, i paid lawyer $500, still out of my money due, about $2700 OAKLAND PARK Florida

I was told in april landlord was selling house that we were renting by matthew and marge kochman,coldwell banker realitors on long island. we noticed rat droppings in april in the basement. the kochmans were the landlords property mgrs. they were told about it. they sent out exterminator and they set up traps outside. 6 weeks went by with no inprovement. they were fined by board of health. we left house on may 15, when a rat ran across kitchen floor and stayed with family while all our furniture was still in house.we moved out end of may, put our belongings in storage.
june 1st kockmans went in and changed the locks. i got a lawyer and wanted my half month rent for may, storage and uhaul cost and security. cost around $2700 total. my lawyer spoke with her lawyer once to try to negotiate. now her lawyer does not answer his calls. i am out $2700. what can I do.kochman team on long island are crooks and feed the landlord with info not to pay us.

Mr Pace is not to blame as stated in earlier statements. He was told by his client Bonnie Nichols landlord of 84 strathmore court drive in coram ny 11727 what to do. I have no problems with Mr Pace . He was just doing his job. Bonnie Nichols is the landlord,I paid her the rent every month for 4 years without missing a payment. I do not have her contacts and the Kochmans refuse to give me her phone number or address. How can I get whats owed to me if there is no way to contact her. Oh well lets see how this plays out.

BONNIE NICHOLS LANDLORD OF 84 STRATHMORE COURT DRIVE, CORAM NY 11727 REFUSES TO GIVE US OUR SECURITY,RENT PRORATE OF MAY AND STORAGE AND MOVING TRUCK. SHE SAYS WE LEFT HOUSE DESATROYED. HER LAWYER RINALDO A PACE DID NOTHING WRONG AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY LAWYER. HE IS CLEAR AND DID ALL HE COULD.IT WAS A MISTAKE ON MY PART TO BLAME HIM. BONNIE LIVES IN FLORIDA SO I THINK THE PROPERTY MGRS MATT AND MARGE KOCHMAN WHO ARE ALSO BROKERS TRYING TO SELL THE HOUSE FED HER THE INFO. IT IS ALL UNTRUE. I HAVE PICS TO PROVE THE CONDITION BEFORE WE LEFT. MATTT AND MARGE KOCHMAN WENT IN JUNE 1 WITHOUT US CHANGED THE LOCKS,NEVER DID A WALK THROUGH, WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE. SO UPDATE IS PACE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. ITS NICHOLS DECISION NT TO PAY US ON FALSE PRETENCE. SO NOW I HAVE TO DIRECT MY ATTENTION TO BONNIE NICHOLS AND THE KOCHMANS.

the coldwell banker team of matt and marge kochman of shoreham,ny refuse to give us our security,half month rent of may and storage and u haul rental due to early departure because of rats in house.our lease was up end of june, they changed locks once i removed all my funiture last 2 days of may. rats were still in there. they have nerve to try to sell house with rats for land lord bonnie nichols who lives in florida. kochmans were nichols property manager until the end and then they became messengers and told us to deal with landlords lawyer, rinaldo pace located in smithtown,ny
which refuses to answer calls from my lawyer. address of house for sale is 84 strathmore court drive, coram,ny 11727 . DO NOT LOOK AT IT....RATS INFESTED IN WALLS, board of health stated that house will smell once rats die inside of house..
