Boomerang recovery ripped are steering wheel on our 2012 ford expedition. They stole a $100.00 dollar flashlight from under the seat, and stole all of our 6 yr Olds birthday money and gift cards from his spider man wallet. When we contacted them 3 min after we left and noticed the damage to the car, the gate was already locked and the guy said on the phone there was nothing he could do cause the people who take care of it weren't there. It took a week to finally talk to another person, and the only thing he had to say was it's there word against ours and there's nothing we can do about it. They are very unprofessional and thiefs.

Your comment is heartless and naive. When people fall on hard times, why do others like to make it harder? So, the author had their vehicle repossessed. That is sad, especially since a small child is involved. I'm sure the author didn't want it to happen in the first place. However, the bottom line is if the vehicle was released, they paid their dues....plus some! How can you be so naive to even.think the author is trying to blame the tow company for their debt?? Clearly that was not the ripoff report subject. The point is that the recovery company damaged the vehicle and stole from a child. Stealing is against the law Stacey, but falling on hard times isn't. I feel for the author. I get the impression that their hands are tied. These recovery places are businesses out to make money. Most make their money honestly and take care of others possessions, but some are careless liars and thieves. Stop bullying people on this website. Unless you own the company, just shut your mouth and stop typing.

Are car was damaged, and stuff was stolen from inside it. And the company will not return phone calls, or own up to their negligence. It's pretty sad when you have to go into a 6 year Olds wallet and steal all his birthday stuff. Fact of the matter is we have our car, and it's damaged and stuff is stolen. We made it right with all our debts and obligations, how bout them.

What is the reason your vehicle was repossessed?? My guess is that you did not make payments so now you want to blame someone for YOUR inability to pay your car note.
