 Your comment is heartless and naive. When people fall on hard times, why do others like to make it harder? So, the author had their vehicle repossessed. That is sad, especially since a small child is involved. I'm sure the author didn't want it to happen in the first place. However, the bottom line is if the vehicle was released, they paid their dues....plus some! How can you be so naive to even.think the author is trying to blame the tow company for their debt?? Clearly that was not the ripoff report subject. The point is that the recovery company damaged the vehicle and stole from a child. Stealing is against the law Stacey, but falling on hard times isn't. I feel for the author. I get the impression that their hands are tied. These recovery places are businesses out to make money. Most make their money honestly and take care of others possessions, but some are careless liars and thieves. Stop bullying people on this website. It's pretty sad when you have to go into a 6 year Olds wallet and steal all his birthday stuff. Fact of the matter is we have our car, and it's damaged and stuff is stolen. We made it right with all our debts and obligations, how bout them.

What is the reason your vehicle was repossessed?? My guess is that you did not make payments so now you want to blame someone for YOUR inability to pay your car note.
